What happens on a survey
We walk the whole house with you — usually 60 to 90 minutes. We look at how it is built (walls, roof, floors, windows), how it behaves (cold spots, condensation, damp, draughts), and how it is heated and ventilated. We ask what bothers you most and what you want the house to be. Then, within a few days, you receive a short written summary: what we found, what we would do about it, and in what order. What you do with it is entirely up to you.
No one will phone you repeatedly afterwards. The summary is the follow-up.
